Welcome to Madurai Home Stay. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Booking and Payment
1.1 Reservation Confirmation:
- A booking is confirmed only after the payment of the required advance amount.
1.2 Payment Modes:
- Payments can be made via online transfers, UPI, credit/debit cards, or cash.
1.3 Outstanding Balance:
- The remaining balance (if any) must be settled upon check-in.
2. Check-in and Check-out
2.1 Check-in Time:
- Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request and is subject to availability.
2.2 Check-out Time:
- Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may incur additional charges.
2.3 Identification:
- Guests must provide a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Aadhaar, Passport, Driver’s License) during check-in.
3. House Rules
3.1 Guest Conduct:
- Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the property and other guests.
3.2 Damage to Property:
- Any damage caused to the property or its contents by guests will result in charges for repair or replacement.
3.3 Smoking and Alcohol:
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
- Consumption of alcohol is allowed within the premises but must be done responsibly.
3.4 Noise Levels:
- Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
4. Pets Policy
4.1 Pet-Friendly Accommodation:
- Pets are allowed only in designated rooms and must be pre-approved during booking.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not cause disturbance or damage.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
- Refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for detailed terms.
6. Liability
6.1 Guest Belongings:
- Madurai Home Stay is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the lockers or safes provided.
6.2 Accidents and Injuries:
- Guests use the property and its facilities at their own risk. Madurai Home Stay is not liable for any accidents or injuries occurring during the stay.
7. Force Majeure
7.1 Madurai Home Stay is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
8. Amendments to Terms
8.1 Madurai Home Stay reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1 Guest information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai.
